Bolholt Country Park Hotel Wedding Photography
This was my first experience of Bolholt Country Park Hotel Wedding Photography and I having not met Shandelle before, I was really excited to put a face to a name and explore this new venue. I joined the bridal party who were getting ready in the Brides’s room before moving over to the Bridal Suite. We had to make a mad dash for it as the rain was pretty torrential at that point. Nathan arrived a bit later and welcomed the guests as they arrived before the ceremony.
The ceremony room had purple uprights which went with all the other purple colours that were involved in the day – it looked really cool and added so much atmosphere to the room. After the ceremony, we dashed outside to do a couple of portraits but it was a bit to rainy so we postponed to a bit later. Instead, we did the group shots before going into the Wedding Breakfast. The room had been made up with a purple trim to suit the wedding colours and the cake was made by Shandelle’s sister who owns her own cake company, the Nuthouse Bakery.
After the Wedding Breakfast, we had the opportunity to nip back outside to do the portraits and the weather had cleared up for us. Bolholt Country Park is located in really nice surroundings and there is a nice lake and lots of trees to use for the portraits. I always look for this type of nature for framing so this was ideal for me. This took us into the evening reception and the First dance which was fantastic.
What a nice day and a lovely wedding to be part of. A huge congratulations to Shandelle & Nathan and thanks to everyone involved. If you are looking for Bolholt Country Park Hotel Wedding Photography, please check my availability and prices via the contact form.
