Hyde Bank Farm Wedding Photography
This was a very special day for Hyde Bank Farm Wedding Photography. The venue is one of those real, family owned venues that feels so genuine when you are there. I always say that October is the best month to get married in the UK and today really showed that with the weather and the stunning cloud formations.
We started the day with bridal preps. I was with Emma and my second shooter, Neil, was with Des. After the bridal were ready, I jumped in the car and headed to Hyde Bank Farm so I could catch the bride arriving shortly. I managed to catch up with Des, who I met at their pre-wedding shoot earlier in the year.
When Emma arrived, the bridal party made their way to the main house and into the ceremony room to wait for Emma’s arrival. Her father walked her down the aisle and it was lovely to see the connection between her and Des when heir eyes met for the firs time. The ceremony was fantastic and afterwards, everyone was ushered downstairs for the drinks reception.
It wasn’t long before the wedding breakfast came around but before that, we had time for some group photos and the portraits. The weather was overcast but that never bothers me as the soft light is perfect on the skin. It also indicates that there could be an amazing sunset later, which there was.
After the meal we took the opportunity for more Hyde Bank Farm Wedding Photography in the surrounding ground while the sun was setting. A perfect location for this.
I was really impressed to learn that Des & Emma had dancing lessons prior to their first dance and this really showed with their moves! Towards the end, the other couples joined them on the dance floor and it was party time at Hyde Bank Farm.
I’d like to say a huge congratulations to Des & Emma on tying the knot and a huge thanks to everyone who helped bring the day together, including the staff at Hyde Bank Farm. A huge thanks to Neil, who really helped on the day and is always a pleasure to work with. All the best guys x
